JULY School Holiday Art Classes

Our School Holiday Workshops take place in our bright and airy backyard studio located at Penshurst.

Please bring water, art apron,  sunscreen and hat.

$35/class

Receive 10% off for 3 or more classes or 3 students.

*Must be purchased in one booking 

Class prices include all art materials. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received.

All art classes MUST BE PREPAID by bank transfer or cash in advance to reserve your child’s place.

NSW CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER

We accept the Creative Kids Voucher. Email the voucher number when booking, with your child’s name and date of birth. 

HOW TO ENROL AND PAY 
All of our school holiday art classes have limited places available and by appointment only, so booking and payment is essential to secure a spot. 

1. Select your desired time slots then email info@theyoungexplorers.com.au or message 0422900266
2. We will send you a confirmation of booking and invoice.
3. Your enrolment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
4. Payments via bank transfer, cash or voucher.
5. You will receive a confirmation of payment and reminder 3 days before class.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

All classes are non refundable.

If you need to reschedule we require 24 hours notice. Credit will be applied to be used for future classes or online store products.

No credit or refunds will be given if you cancel on the day of the class or do not show up. Booking is transferable to another child if your child cannot attend the class.

On occasion we may need to cancel a class by the tutor due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will offer an alternative class or full class refund. 

PROMOTIONAL IMAGES 
From time to time we take photos during class of students and artworks. These photos are used for promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website.  Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, your child or their artwork please notify the tutor.

 SICKNESS POLICY: 
Please do not bring your child to the studio if:

• They are uncontrollably coughing (deep chesty phlegm cough and big dry cough)
• They have a high fever
• They have green phlegm from nose
• They have vomiting/diarrhoea within 24 hours of the class
• They are feeling nauseas

Please understand this policy is put into place so that our Studio can remain as safe and healthy as possible. 
If your child happens to be sick, please let Shelley know ASAP by emailing her at info@theyoungexplorers.com.au We can then arrange a credit or makeup session for your child.
